All items ship directly from Japan with tracking and signature on delivery. Shipments carry the carrier's compensation cover, which is subject to the carrier's own limits and claim conditions — it is not a full-value insurance policy. If you need cover beyond the carrier's limit, contact us before ordering.

Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and the European Union. For other destinations, please contact us before ordering.

Handling Time

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
