Because our items are rare, high-value collectibles that are individually photographed before sale, all sales are final except in the cases below.

When a Return Is Accepted

• The item you received differs from the item photographed
• The item was damaged in transit (insurance claim applies)
• The item did not arrive

If any of these occur, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Shipping damage requires the original packaging for the insurance claim.
