Do you guarantee authenticity?
We do not offer our own authenticity guarantee — we are a dealer, not a grading service. Graded cards were authenticated by BGS, PSA or CGC and are encapsulated by them; the certification number is shown on the product page so you can verify it directly with the grading company. Sealed products are sold as-is and we do not open them, so we make no representation about their contents.
How does Make an Offer work?
Enter your offer on the product page. We review each offer individually and reply by email — with an acceptance, a counteroffer, or a decline. Accepted offers receive a secure purchase link valid for a limited time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship from Japan to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and the EU with tracking, signature on delivery and the carrier's compensation cover (subject to the carrier's limits).
Who pays customs duties?
Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
Is the photographed item the actual item?
For graded cards, yes — every graded listing shows the exact card you will receive. For sealed products, the photographs may show a representative example of the same product rather than the individual box shipped.
Can I request more photos?
Yes — contact us and we will photograph any detail you want to see before you buy or make an offer. We cannot open sealed products to photograph their contents.
